4. Payment & Subscription

• All plans are billed monthly in advance.

• Non-payment may result in service suspension.

• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Confidentiality

YourPA agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all client data. Assistants sign NDAs before service deployment.

6. Limitations of Liability

YourPA is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third parties or force majeure.

• Losses arising from misuse of information provided by you.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with prior notice as per plan terms. No refunds for partial usage of the month.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
